50 cent Trying To Be Relevant, Tells Young Gay Men to Kill Themselves
Two cents is showing his demented upbringing by sending out a tweet encouraging men who don’t sleep with women to kill themselves.
According to pinkpaper, the comment comes during what may be a series of gay-related suicides in the US – most recently, 18-year old Tyler Clementi who is thought to have jumped from the George Washington Bridge on 22 September.
Earlier this month, GLAAD – the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation – urged twitter users to scold the performer for joking about anti-gay violence.
The US singer, who has almost three million followers on the site, posted an update three weeks ago which responded to blogger Perez Hilton calling hm a “douchebag”. Responding, 50 Cent wrote: “Perez Hilton calld me douchebag so I had my homie shoot up a gay wedding. wasnt his but still made me feel better”.
